Through my 30's down to lack of exercise and over eating and drinking to excess I ballooned to a whopping 294lbs + by the age of 35 enough was enough so started to try and run to loose weight I started running with my cousins but after 3 weeks my knees couldn't take the running so I started to ride my bike while they ran and my weight started to drop also my doctor had me take xenical which stop the body absorbing so much fat from diet so what with exercise and low fat eating my weight started to drop in the first year ,then stopped the tablets and carried on healthy eating at 37 I started karate once a week in a parents class as my son who was six at the time did it , I'm now 42 years old brown belt karate training for my black belt next year I do 4 sessions karate a week , and help teach the kids classes too, 2 heavy weight sessions , 1 x 5 k run , 3 spin classes 1 single and the other 2 back to back 2 hours :)) I've also retrained and passed my level 3 personal trainer award which was tough but also really fun, and hoping to find work in a local gym where I can put to use what I've learnt to help other try and achieve the goals they want to reach I'm now 202 pounds and loving my training I eat clean and train mean and enjoy every minute of it
