Are you constantly beating yourself up about your progress with your nutrition & training.
Are you stressing every week over the number on the scale?
STOP beating yourself up ... Stress is a huge part of why many people give up on there plans ... Worrying and constant dwelling is enough to make your body lock up and shut off all progress ... Your body believes what your mind tells it ... Mindset is a huge part of your success in reaching your goals.

If what your doing isn't working don't beat yourself up just try something new it can be that simple .. Some ppl do good with lifting heavy some have better results going lighter it's just not cut & dry ...
No more negative talk just start fresh every meal in your day is a chance to do it right. Same thing with workouts try different routines and maybe you'll end up finding something you really enjoy and will see better results from .. Instead of dwelling & complaining your not getting results ..change it up ;)
So instead of beating yourself up from now on try giving yourself a pat on the back .. Just do your best :)
