Two things that go hand and hand if you want to get healthy & fit.
The desire has to come from with you from your heart & soul. It is going to take alot of desire when it gets tough ..and it will get tough. This journey is not one you just coast through, nope not at all. It's a learning process .. Heck I'm still learning but that's the great part it never gets boring.
Discipline is a huge factor without it your doomed. You need it for your workouts and your nutrition without the discipline there is chaos.
A clear set plan mapped out to follow is your best bet you'll be more likely to stick to a plan then just pulling something from the sky.
That goes with your nutrition too plan out your meals & prep ahead of time as well there's nothing worse then not having food prepped for the week..that's just a disaster waiting to happen.
So get your desire fired up, disciplined and focused on your goals and you'll be unstoppable!!
