Ingredients: | Brussel Sprouts olive oil salt pepper garlic (fresh or powder) | |
How To Prepare: | Preheat oven to 400 degrees .....Wash, trim ends and cut in half. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Place cut side down on a cookie sheet and roast for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. They will be brown on top and quite dark on the bottom, but that's fine - they're not burned. Sweet and salty. Even if you think you don't like brussel sprouts - give this one a try. It will re-open your eyes about them! | |
