2 pounds grass fed beef browned and grease drained off’

5 whole cage free organic eggs

7 egg whites

24oz. cottage cheese

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

Asparagus a whole bunch

A container of fresh organic mushrooms

McCormick Roasted garlic & Bell pepper seasoning

Bake 375 for 40 minutes or until set
