Get out of the slump and get motivated

1. Find some inspiration.
Find that one thing that will push you to your limits that will drive you and keep you focused. For me it was an Ava Cowan picture hanging on my weightroom wall. I made up my mind I wanted Abs like her that was my goal and I made it happen!

2. Make a lot of tiny little goals and finish them rather than making one giant goal and just thinking about how you are going to accomplish it. The small goals motivate you every time you complete one, and make you feel like you reached a milestone. An example would be doing 5 pull-ups aim the next time for 6 and so on

3. Publicly post you goals to the world. Let people know about them so that you are even more motivated to accomplish them. Use the group to keep you pushing hard let others help you if you need extra motivation if you need it.

4. Reward yourself on completing a goal and get excited about being one step closer to reaching your destination. Treat yourself to getting your nails done or a new shirt something just for you :)

5. Think Positive. Think Positive. Think Positive.

And before you know it you will not just reach your destination and get out of your slump. Not only that but you will get even more motivated from your successes that you will reach even higher levels of success.
Just remember the sky is the limit, you have so much potential and you can do it. Simply you have to believe in yourself and your capabilities. YOU GOT THIS!
