Consciously tell yourself, “I have a big goal that will take a strong commitment.”
If you catch yourself thinking, “I don’t have the willpower to do this.”
Consciously tell yourself, “I am building coping skills to keep my weight loss efforts on track.”
If you catch yourself thinking, “I haven’t lost a pound this week. I am a complete failure.”
Consciously tell yourself, “Weight loss is a long term process. As long as I eat right and get in some small amount of activity every day, I will lose weight and get healthy.”

If you want it your going to have to do the work it's that simple but I can promise you if you are consistent and stay focused on your goals you will get there...not over night but in time ;) Be patient and just keep pushing!!
