Believe in yourself

In order to get into the shape you want and reach a healthier & happier you one thing is needed...
You need to believe you can ....
If you start out any plan with self doubt your setting up a negative energy which isn't going to work in your favor. What you need to do first is decide what it is you want and make a plan that you can handle. Too many people jump in with both feet and get overwhelmed before their first few days of starting out ...baby steps..as long as your moving forward your doing good no need to start out jumping and leaping ;)
When you decide what it is you want and a plan you can handle make up your mind to stick to it 100% don't give yourself the option to slack off or fail you've probably done that before .... so now it's time to get focused, determined and ready to make some changes.
Believe in yourself and be proud of even the smallest accomplishments. Too many people are way too hard on themselves, and way too many people are focused on the future instead of the here and now. I can tell you this much losing weight will not make you happier you need to love yourself now! Learn to love the skin your in your beautiful don't stress out about (getting there) if you workout & eat healthy and are consistent you will reach your goals but being CONSISTENT is the key!
Alot of times i hear your diet is 70% nutrition but I disagree I believe it is more like 90%
I know from experience you can life and do cardio all you want but if your not eating clean you will not see the results you want. Once I started eating clean everything changed for me i got my life back ..no more cravings no more yo yo..
You can get there too remember (BELIEVE in YOURSELF)
