THE LONGER YOU HAVE THESE THINGS REMOVED FROM YOUR PLAN THE LESS YOU MISS THEM. I TO THIS DAY SINCE 2006 WHEN I STARTED THIS PROCESS HAVE NOT MISSED ANYTHING BAD IN ANY WAY I NOW CHOOSE FOODS THAT MAKE MY BODY THRIVE AND FEEL GOOD THAT DON'T BLOAT ME OR MAKE ME FEEL SICK. I TRULY LOVE THIS LIFESTYLE AND HAVE NEVER FELT BETTER YOU HAVE TO MAKE UP YOUR MIND OF WHAT YOU WANT FOR YOURSELF AND THEN TAKE THE STEPS TO GET IT AND THE VERY FIRST STEP SHOULD BE TO BE CONSISTENT IN EVERYTHING YOU DO. DON'T GIVE YOURSELF THE OPTION TO FAIL JUST DO IT!
