My tips for making clean eating a little easier for you

  1. Make a healthy shopping list and stick to it....
  2. Prepare dishes you can get multiple meals out of such as a casserole or like Ben and I make 5pounds of burgers either Turkey, Bison or Grassfed beef. This gives you quick protein sources
  3. Chop up veggies ahead of time
  4. Keep a food journal it will help you find out week to week which foods work best for you, write down foods that seem to trigger you to be hungry and be aware of that when you eat.
  5. Enjoy what your food never eat something you don't like and suffer to get healthy, you should love what you eat!
  6. Swap favorite healthy recipes with friends
  7. Never leave the house without being prepared for your next meal, if your going to be gone for a few hours bring food along or something healthy like a Quest Protein Bar.
  8. Remember how you feel when you eat unhealthy foods it makes it much easier to pass on it
  9. Keep in mind your goals ...what your working so hard for
  10. Be proud of yourself for taking the steps to get healthy
