KALE LASAGNA or what I have named KA-ZASAGNA :)

Fresh Kale (bunch)
8oz. low fat sour cream
16oz. 2% low fat cottage cheese
24 oz. jar Classico spicy Red pepper sauce
2 eggs
1 onion
2 lbs. Grassefed beef
Brown meat & onions in a pan drain fat
add sour cream,cottage cheese,sauce and eggs
Line bottom of the pan with the Kale pull the leaf from the stem..it tends to be too tough I don't use it.
Pour mixture over Kale and bake 350 for 35-40 minutes
This is Benny's favorite dish :) You can top with cheese if you like :) Enjoy!!
