Alot of people come to me frustrated about diet and cravings etc. My biggest lesson with nutrition was making a commitment to a lifelong change. I made changes that would be long term and that I would enjoy as well. My succeess came when I decided enough was enough that I was taking control. I cut out bread completely and switched to Flatout Lowcarb Wraps which taste amazing and have fiber to help keep you full. I keep my protein higher and my carbs lower this is what works for me. I eat every three hours and never skip meals. Once you get used to eating this way it just comes natural. I don't keep track of my calories never did I go by my meals and if I want to tighten up a bit I just cut back a little and I'm good to go. I keep all meals balanced with protein carbs and good fats at each meal which helps to keep you satisfied. Eating clean can be enjoyable and you will definately see amazing results without the clean foods you won't see the results you want. Nutrition is about 85% of the equation.
