Full Body Workout (MONDAY)

My goal with tonights workout was to go with as much weight as I could handle for atleast 12 or more for 1 set since I will be training full body 3 times a week Monday Wednesday & Friday...here's how it went :

Push-ups 1x40
Incline Flys- 25lb. Dumbells  1x22
Shoulder Press- 25lb. Dumbells 1x18
Pull-ups 1x12
Dumbell Curls- 25lb. Dumbells 1x12 These were a killer! loved it though!!
Leg Press- 250lbs. 1x21
Straight Arm Kickbacks 10lb. Dumbells 1x35
