This is a fairly low carb, yummy recipe for an afternoon or before bed
- 1/2 Cup high quality 2% cottage cheese
- 1/2 Cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 heaping Teaspoon light sour cream
- 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
- Freshly grated nutmeg or a pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Splenda, powdered erythritol or stevia to taste
