Incline Bench using 20lb.Dumbells 3 x 1minute
Shoulder Press 20lb Dumbells 3 x 1 min.
Tricep Pressdowns 17-1/2lbs. 3 x 1 min.
Push Ups 5 x 10
Dips 5 x 10
Side laterals 5lb. Dumbells 3 x 20
These suckers burn and you get a killer pump! Love it!!
