Appreciate the now

Something I think alot of people have to consider is when you set a goal your far from being done. In this lifestyle of being fit working out and eating healthy your never done. It's good to set SMALL GOALS instead of huge goals that might discourage u when you don't see enough progress right away .. Which many people stress about "when will I get there?" how much longer will it take?" I'm doing everything right ... Well honestly you might think you are but if your not seeing results most likely your not. I hear it all the time I eat clean 90% of the time ,well it's the other 10% yeah just those 10 that can really derail your efforts. It takes years usually to really figure out what works for you & your body there's no magic plan the key is finding your own personal plan that suits you :) trial and error is how it's done .. I know I went through it too ;)
You can't always focus on getting there ...you have to focus more on doing the work to get there put all of that wasted stress into reaching your goals :)
Look in the mirror appreciate the reflection and know even when you "GET THERE" there's still always room to improve.
