Ok I'm getting requests on my workouts so here ya go:
Wednesday-Full Body
Incline Bench 20lb. Dbls. 2x 1Min.
Shoulder Press 20lb. Dbls. 2x 1Min.
Lat Pulldowns with small V-bar 35lbs. 2x 1Min.
Tricep Straight Arm Kickbacks 5lb. Dbls. 2x 1Min.
Calf Raises 25lb.Dbls. 2x 1Min.
Dumbell Curls Seated 20lb.Dbls 2x 1Min.
Pull-Ups (15)
Dumbell Rows 15lb.Dbls. 2x 1Min.
Dumbell Squats 15lb.Dbls. 2x 1Min.
Plies 25lb. Dbl. 2x 1Min.
This was an awesome workout I always love doing minute sets you get a killer pump and get ripped up fast!!
