Vicki's Broccoli & Pepper Casserole

Broccoli Mushroom & Pepper Casserole



2 pounds grass fed beef or any lean protein
5 whole cage free eggs7 egg whites
1 large green pepper diced
1 package of organic mushrooms
1 24oz. low fat cottage cheese
1 bunch of organic broccoli chopped
Directions :
Brown the meat drain any fat
mix everything together in a bowl
pour it in a 13x9 “ greased pan
Bake for about 40 minutes at 375
sprinkle the top with Italian seasoning or one of your favorites ENJOY!
