CHALLENGE TIP OF THE DAY #6

Don't overthink things...........
If you are following a plan that seems to be working well for you don't question yourself.
There will always be people who have opinions on things that will work better but if you don't stick it out with your own plan your not really giving it a fair chance. You can't decide in a week if a plan is working it takes time for your body to adjust. Patience is the key!
There will always be options out there but the key is to be consistent with what your doing...if you want results you will get them it comes down to very clean eating and hitting it hard in the gym. If your slacking in the nutrition it will not work for you and you will not see the results you want so basically if it doesn't work it means your not eating clean enough.
There are no secrets there is no magic supplement out there ....I do not even use supplements only protein powder and my vitamins so you can get there without them. Fat burners are pointless unless your going to use them the rest of your life what's the point in using them?? Pointless and very unhealthy! Do the work!
You do not have to count calories or measure food go meal to meal it's simple keep protein and fats higher and your carbs lower and try to keep grains very low or get rid of them for good and you WILL see amazing results. Food choices should be lean proteins and good fats and healthy carbs with the carbs try to find what works best for you and that will not trigger cravings and hunger shortly after eating them. My favorites are multigrain Flatouts and veggies and fruits. You have to do what works for you! You do not have to do what everyone else does be your own person and make a plan that YOU will enjoy and be abale to maintain..
REMEMBER THIS IS NOT A DIET MAKE CHOICES YOU CAN STICK WITH AND ENJOY FOR LIFE! NEVER EAT THINGS YOU DO NOT LIKE OR YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOUR ON A DIET....ENJOY HEALTHY EATING AND YOUR BODY WILL THANK YOU!!
                                         Enjoy your new healthy lifestyle!!
