Dips- legs straight out using lower dip handles 1x60
Kickbacks- 10 lb. Dumbells 1x40
Lat Pulldowns (wide grip)- 60lbs. 1x30
Hammer Curls- 25lbs. 1x10
Dumbell Deadlifts- 30lb. Dumbells 1x30
Leg Extensions- 45lbs. 1x30
Dumbell calf Raises- 30 lb. Dumbells 1x50
