Example Daily Meal plan

6 am- 4 egg whites veggies with a flatout & lowfat slice of cheese.
9am- Quest Protein Bar
12- Buffalo Burger flatout slice of cheese & 5 almonds
3pm- Buffalo burger cut up in a salad with olive oil dressing mushrooms
6pm- Salmon with mixed vegetables
9pm- Protein shake with almond milk
